Crafted with finesse, this velvety and smoky whisky was meticulously distilled using a blend of Tasmanian malt barley and intensively peated Scottish malt. Maturing as a single malt, it rested in an artful fusion of bourbon and tawny casks, resulting in an intriguing harmony. The aroma is graced with fruity notes, while the palate delivers a robust peatiness that intertwines seamlessly.

Beef

Nose:

Delicate honeycomb, menthol eucalypt, beeswax, nectarine, citrus.

Taste:

Marzipan, stonefruit, bush honey, gentle waves of peat, toasted muesli, spices, buttered toast.

Finish:

Lingering earthy peat

A superb, dry, ashy peat-infused opening aroma that by the third or fourth pass has given way to floral soft malt. A similar fusion repeats on the palate; fluffy and semi-sweet, but with enough concentration and bite to maintain vibrancy throughout. Fishermen's Friends and docile phenols accent the finish.
