"The Masterpieces in Eight Colours" encompasses a series of eight distinct batches of Karuizawa whisky, each presented in a distinct traditional Japanese color. The fourth iteration within this series experienced maturation in a Sherry Butt, and its bottling strength stands at 48.5%, preserving its natural state without undergoing chill filtration. Encased in an alluring shade of blue, its packaging further emphasizes its uniqueness.
Embellishing the label are Kanji characters, expertly crafted by the esteemed calligrapher Souun Takeda. Renowned for his Kanji artistry, Takeda's work is celebrated for its harmonious fusion of innovation and tradition, capturing the essence of the Japanese language and culture.
Typically available only as a complete set of eight, these exceptionally rare Karuizawa expressions often carry a substantial price tag, limiting access for most enthusiasts. At present, we are pleased to offer three distinct editions from this series, each available for separate acquisition.
