Amazing, bright ruby colour – shimmering. A pure, mature nose of dark cherry, mushroom, earth and forest floor. Smokey. Complex and elegant. Fresh entry on palate, silky texture. Deep core of mature sweet Pinot fruit that carries all the way through to a long, gamey finish. Layer of slightly rustic tannin adds depth and character. Lovely. Absolutely charming.
