Cask Edit stands as an integral member of the Elements Of Islay lineup, meticulously curated by Speciality Drinks. Within this ongoing release, the expression harmoniously complements the series' expanding diversity. Guided by a smoke-driven Islay spirit, a carefully orchestrated aging process takes place within both ex-Bourbon and ex-Sherry casks. Over time, this process bestows upon the whisky a rich tapestry of flavors, characterized by layers of fruit and nuts, a buttery pastry quality, and the nuanced depth of roasted coffee. These intricate layers envelop the heart of softly smoky malt.

Delivered at a strength of 46% alcohol by volume and presented in a 700ml bottle, Cask Edit stands as a vivid embodiment of the mastery achieved through meticulous maturation and the blending of distinct cask influences.
