At first you’re reminded of Autumn, picking brambles and blackberries then combining them in a pot for jam. The jam flavour fills the air as you spread previously made homemade marmalade on a warm oatmeal biscuit. The oak creeps through as does the oloroso sherry sweetness.

Palate:

Melted chocolate orange and oloroso sherry poured over steamed plum pudding. Sprinkles of cinnamon, ground nutmeg, white pepper doused with peppered strawberry coulis.

Finish:

A long rich and lingering finish delivers at the end, a very memorable experience.
