"Fino," the Spanish term for 'Fine,' represents the driest and palest iteration within the spectrum of traditional sherry wines. It is ideally enjoyed in its relatively youthful state. Conventional Fino wine typically lacks sweetness and is best relished soon after opening the bottle to preserve its flavor. Kavalan's Fino, in contrast, brings forth a gentle sweetness that stimulates the palate. Solist Fino has undergone maturation within premium Fino Sherry butts that previously held wine for fermentation. This unique aging process imparts a distinct character to the whisky.

Big bold sherry aromas, dried dark fruits of raisins and sultanas, stewed plums and toasted figs. Dark chocolate, espresso, tropical fruits of mango and coconut, subtle citrus and green apples.

Palate: 

Coffee vanilla dark fudge chocolates, smoked and toasted oak, Dried dark fruits, tropical fruits and some citrus to balance it out.

Finish: 

Long and satisfying, dry sherry, soft oak and gentle spices
